Requirements
- 8+ years of experience shipping software products, ideally in consulting or professional services.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-discipline teams through product delivery.
- Proven experience mentoring engineers and designers.
- Hands-on experience owning delivery from sprint planning to capacity forecasting.
- Demonstrated experience building AI or ML-powered products or features.
- Active adoption of AI tools to improve research, synthesis, and delivery speed.
- Experience running product analytics and conducting customer research.
- Ability to shape product vision and strategy while managing stakeholder alignment.
- Familiarity with human-centered design, lean, and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for client advising and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Write technical requirements, tickets, and user stories while leading engineering discussions.
- Own sprint planning, dependency mapping, and capacity forecasting for engineering teams.
- Assess scope, commit to delivery estimates, and hold teams accountable to timelines.
- Drive backlog prioritization and project delivery through to completion.
- Conduct product discovery and research with clients and users.
- Apply human-centered design, lean, and agile practices to deliver software.
- Provide roadmap and strategy guidance, including go-to-market planning with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow client engagements through thought leadership.
