Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
- Proven expertise in interaction design, visual design, and end-to-end product thinking.
- Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable impact, design craft, and problem-solving ability (required).
- Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma Make or similar) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and deliver designs that drive meaningful user and business outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional product teams.
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers for research, validation, and iterative design feedback.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities and high ownership expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex, high-impact product initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring seamless end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define strategy, scope, and execution for key product areas.
- Conduct and synthesize customer research to validate assumptions, identify pain points, and inform design decisions.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive interaction and visual design solutions.
- Produce high-quality prototypes, workflows, and final designs that clearly communicate product intent and user value.
- Influence product direction by contributing to strategic discussions and advocating for user-centered design principles.
- Mentor other designers and contribute to raising the overall design quality and culture within the team.
- Embed customer feedback throughout the design lifecycle to continuously improve usability and impact.
