Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio of shipped work.
- Proven experience designing for complex B2B or Enterprise SaaS products.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
- Experience using AI-powered tools such as LLMs, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Experience designing for AI/ML-driven features, including trust, explainability, and error states.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to articulate design decisions to engineers, product managers, and executives.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a multi-platform design system (preferred).
- Background in Financial Services, Investment Management, or Real Estate (preferred).
- Track record of designing complex tables, filters, and data visualization tools (preferred).
- Experience running customer interviews or usability tests (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience for your product area by producing annotated flows, prototypes, or specs.
- Simplify complex financial data and workflows through intuitive interface design.
- Contribute to the UX of AI-powered capabilities, focusing on trust, transparency, and reliability.
- Conduct research and interpret product analytics to identify user needs and measure design impact.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on strategy and execution.
- Maintain and expand the design system to ensure consistency across the product suite.
