Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading and developing high-performing design teams.
- Proven experience balancing strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on design execution on high-impact initiatives.
- Experience designing for fintech, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Strong ability to drive end-to-end product design outcomes at scale, from discovery and prototyping to delivery, while prioritizing continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting products and brands operating within the U.S. market.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Executive Leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.
- Contribute directly to high-priority design initiatives through hands-on design work, creative direction, design reviews, prototyping, and executive-level presentations.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and consistent brand expression across all channels.
- Lead the visual refresh of the Binance.US product experience, evolving the design system, patterns, and best practices to deliver a modern, cohesive, and scalable user experience.
- Lead hiring, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and professional development for the design organization.
