Requirements
- 5–6 years of post-professional qualification (CPA or equivalent) experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build complex financial models such as pricing simulations, investment proposals, and business cases.
- Advanced Excel skills are required; Google Sheets proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience with data tools like Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite is an asset.
- Familiarity with AI and LLMs in a work context is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the revenue team with commercial negotiations through the review and approval of deals and initiatives.
- Create financial models to assess proposals and pricing options, and collaborate x-functionally to ensure alignment across the business.
- Provide financial support to the divisional and regional revenue leaders, providing detailed financial analysis and insights into performance, profitability, planning and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate across the Finance, Revenue Operations and Legal teams to ensure end-to-end alignment on commercial activity, financial results and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain tools to track revenue and profitability performance against expectations, identifying opportunities and providing actionable insights.
