Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • At least 2 years supporting a commercial or GTM organization in a SaaS, tech-enabled services, or B2B software environment.
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills including bottoms-up sales capacity modeling and cohort-based revenue forecasting.
  • Deep fluency in SaaS and recurring revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, ACV, TCV, CAC, LTV, payback period).
  • Experience supporting quota-setting, territory carving, or incentive compensation design.
  • Strong data skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Outstanding communication and executive presence.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, post-merger environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end revenue forecast model, integrating pipeline data, bookings, churn, and expansion assumptions.
  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to the CRO and GTM leadership team.
  • Lead the annual quota-setting and territory planning process.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking commercial metrics like ARR, NRR, ACV, CAC, and LTV.
  • Support QBRs, board materials, and investor-facing narratives.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop spend efficiency models and track CAC by channel.
  • Drive financial integration work across commercial teams including data standard harmonization.
  • Lead ad-hoc strategic analyses including pricing, market expansion, and M&A revenue diligence.
  • Improve FP&A processes and automation in partnership with cross-functional ops teams.
