Requirements

  • 8-12 years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, Executive Strategy & Operations, GM, or equivalent operating role.
  • MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Proven record of designing and building operating infrastructure for distributed executive teams.
  • Experience in a 300 to 600 person professional services or B2B services business.
  • Experience in transformation contexts such as strategic pivots or M&A integration.
  • Strong executive writing skills.
  • Ability to operate across distributed, multi-regional leadership teams (US, Europe, APAC).

Responsibilities

  • Design and run the executive operating rhythm across a distributed leadership team, including meeting design and 1:1 cadence.
  • Build and maintain decision-making infrastructure, including RACI frameworks and commitment tracking.
  • Create dashboards and reporting rhythms to provide visibility into transformation priorities and business risks.
  • Ensure executive forum output quality, tracking follow-through and escalating unresolved issues.
  • Craft materials for board updates, executive memos, and CEO communications.
  • Act as a trusted sounding board to the CEO on strategic priorities and cross-functional tradeoffs.
