Requirements
- 8-12 years of professional experience.
- 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, Executive Strategy & Operations, GM, or equivalent operating role.
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- Proven record of designing and building operating infrastructure for distributed executive teams.
- Experience in a 300 to 600 person professional services or B2B services business.
- Experience in transformation contexts such as strategic pivots or M&A integration.
- Strong executive writing skills.
- Ability to operate across distributed, multi-regional leadership teams (US, Europe, APAC).
Responsibilities
- Design and run the executive operating rhythm across a distributed leadership team, including meeting design and 1:1 cadence.
- Build and maintain decision-making infrastructure, including RACI frameworks and commitment tracking.
- Create dashboards and reporting rhythms to provide visibility into transformation priorities and business risks.
- Ensure executive forum output quality, tracking follow-through and escalating unresolved issues.
- Craft materials for board updates, executive memos, and CEO communications.
- Act as a trusted sounding board to the CEO on strategic priorities and cross-functional tradeoffs.
