Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as an active CEO, President, COO, or senior operating executive.
- Proven track record of directly scaling businesses in the $5M–$35M+ range.
- Experience coaching, advising, and challenging business owners on growth.
- Strong diagnostic instincts to identify operational bottlenecks and prioritize high-impact fixes.
- Leadership philosophy rooted in absolute ownership, execution, and radical transparency.
- Ability to work hands-on and own day-to-day execution.
- Residency in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA.
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with clients as a high-EQ growth partner to drive strategy execution.
- Diagnose and optimize business processes to eliminate revenue leaks and operational friction.
- Translate business challenges into actionable plans and hold owners accountable for execution.
- Focus on improving profitability, cash flow, and execution discipline.
- Scale small-to-mid-sized businesses by building and fixing systems in real-world scenarios.
