  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR executive role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR functions in a multi-state environment.
  • Proven mergers and acquisitions experience, including due diligence and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, wage and hour regulations, and HR compliance.
  • Experience leading talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Experience overseeing HRIS systems and payroll functions.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
  • Ability to travel 25%-50% for multi-state operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to develop and execute people strategy.
  • Lead HR due diligence, risk assessment, and integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent across clinical, operational, and leadership positions.
  • Manage compensation strategy, benefits programs, HRIS platforms, and payroll oversight.
  • Establish KPIs related to retention, engagement, and productivity to support strategic decision-making.
