Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR executive role.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR functions in a multi-state environment.
- Proven mergers and acquisitions experience, including due diligence and integration.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, wage and hour regulations, and HR compliance.
- Experience leading talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Experience overseeing HRIS systems and payroll functions.
- Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
- Ability to travel 25%-50% for multi-state operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to develop and execute people strategy.
- Lead HR due diligence, risk assessment, and integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent across clinical, operational, and leadership positions.
- Manage compensation strategy, benefits programs, HRIS platforms, and payroll oversight.
- Establish KPIs related to retention, engagement, and productivity to support strategic decision-making.
