  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to boards and cold-calling.
  • Proven coaching instincts for building and maintaining high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly and quarterly sales goals for yourself and the team.
  • Coach, train, and recruit an A-team of sales professionals.
  • Execute full-cycle sales and support account executives on key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain the sales playbook, pipeline, and lead workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to drive company growth.
  • Analyze key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion velocity to report and forecast performance.
  • Drive expansion into new territories and markets.
  • Manage the sales budget and report directly to the CEO.
  • Utilize HubSpot to track activity and optimize sales performance.
