- CRM mastery, with HubSpot experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to boards and cold-calling.
- Proven coaching instincts for building and maintaining high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly and quarterly sales goals for yourself and the team.
- Coach, train, and recruit an A-team of sales professionals.
- Execute full-cycle sales and support account executives on key accounts.
- Develop and maintain the sales playbook, pipeline, and lead workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to drive company growth.
- Analyze key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion velocity to report and forecast performance.
- Drive expansion into new territories and markets.
- Manage the sales budget and report directly to the CEO.
- Utilize HubSpot to track activity and optimize sales performance.
