Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, public administration, economics, business administration, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in biotech, health insurance, trade associations, advocacy, government, or professional advisory services.
- Deep expertise in Medicare Part B, physician-administered drug reimbursement, the 340B Program, and the Inflation Reduction Act.
- Strong understanding of healthcare policy, market dynamics, and federal/state policy interactions.
- Significant experience analyzing legislation, regulation, and policy proposals.
- Proven experience managing and supervising staff.
- Demonstrated situational leadership and ability to motivate colleagues.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Medicare Part B, physician-administered drug policy, and related drug pricing issues.
- Develop strategic and tactical recommendations aligned with client policy and business objectives.
- Lead multiple complex engagements from proposal development through delivery.
- Contribute to practice goals related to sales, revenue growth, and project management.
- Create and execute business development plans and participate in firmwide strategic planning discussions.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff within the practice and across the firm.
- Produce thought leadership that elevates personal expertise and the practice’s market profile.
