Requirements

  • 7+ years of agency analytics, BI, measurement, or applied data experience.
  • At least 3 years producing reporting and insights directly for senior client stakeholders.
  • Advanced technical fluency in SQL and working fluency in Python.
  • Expertise across the BI/measurement stack including BigQuery, GA4, GTM, and server-side conversion APIs.
  • Experience operating across the productized-to-bespoke reporting spectrum with tools like Looker Studio, Sigma, and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated track record of executive-grade storytelling and narrative development.
  • Experience leading or managing a small specialized team (3-5+ people).
  • Familiarity with AI-augmented workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor).
  • Strong stakeholder presence for communicating with VP-level and above clients.
  • Comfortable in a player/coach role performing both high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive-level narrative for QBRs, renewals, and client pitches.
  • Develop standardized reporting playbooks and templates for 400+ clients.
  • Architect custom reporting structures and design analytical logic for complex client needs.
  • Write SQL, audit dashboards, and troubleshoot integrations alongside the team.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on warehouse and ETL architecture for reporting.
  • Manage and coach a team of BI Analysts and Conversion Tracking Specialists.
  • Partner with the Apollo product team to shape reporting roadmaps and requirements.
  • Upskill non-analyst internal teams on data-informed storytelling and reporting craft.
  • Embed AI tools into analytical workflows to improve efficiency and team capacity.
