Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems.
- Proven track record of using modern AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Engineer, v0) to build functional tools or workflows.
- Strong background in data analytics, clean data architectures, and funnel metrics.
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce.
- Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware such as Zapier, Clay, Workato, or Tray.io.
- Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes into system logic.
- Experience treating internal operations as a scalable product.
- Ability to translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications.
- Self-starter with a builder mentality and bias for action.
- Experience with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Unify, or n8n is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, Fintech, or complex B2B platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the evaluation of our GTM technology and ensure the tech stack is built for scale.
- Design, build, and maintain the analytics infrastructure tracking performance across the GTM ecosystem.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Act as internal GTM Engineer by leveraging AI development tools to build custom tools, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Identify manual bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash lifecycle and engineer automated solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales leaders to deploy data-backed solutions.
- Deploy and execute against strategic initiatives and projects.
