Requirements
- Significant experience in creative direction or brand strategy, ideally within a high-growth D2C startup or an international premium health/wellness brand.
- Portfolio demonstrating an ability to blend clean, professional aesthetics with high-energy, impactful storytelling.
- Strategic mindset with an understanding of how design drives business growth.
- Strong understanding of creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Proven experience using AI tools in a creative field.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to articulate complex creative visions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep-rooted interest in longevity, cellular health, and the future of wellness.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and premium aesthetic.
- Develop and execute high-impact creative strategies for global markets across digital ads, social media, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the Science team to translate data into compelling visual stories and educational content.
- Oversee the production of high-performing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Lead the creative process from ideation to execution while coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate on designs to maximize traffic and conversion.
