Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Land Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, renewable energy, project coordination, land acquisition, or related work preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • High level of proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
  • Experience organizing data, maintaining trackers, and building reporting materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with Google Earth or GIS platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for renewable energy development and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the negotiation, preparation, and closing of complex land agreements, collaborating with legal teams.
  • Manage land-related data with high accuracy, maintaining tracking systems and auditing records.
  • Support land acquisition budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting, including preparation of executive-level summaries.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.
  • Lead various stages of the land acquisition process, including resolving title and survey issues.
  • Strategically support the performance of third-party land agents and document specialists.
  • Collaborate with Development and Permitting Teams to ensure acquisition efforts align with project schedules.
