Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Land Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate, renewable energy, project coordination, land acquisition, or related work preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.
- High level of proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
- Experience organizing data, maintaining trackers, and building reporting materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
- Familiarity with Google Earth or GIS platforms is a plus.
- Passion for renewable energy development and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the negotiation, preparation, and closing of complex land agreements, collaborating with legal teams.
- Manage land-related data with high accuracy, maintaining tracking systems and auditing records.
- Support land acquisition budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting, including preparation of executive-level summaries.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.
- Lead various stages of the land acquisition process, including resolving title and survey issues.
- Strategically support the performance of third-party land agents and document specialists.
- Collaborate with Development and Permitting Teams to ensure acquisition efforts align with project schedules.
