Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with sensitivity and legal compliance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR support and guidance on global employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes using automation and AI tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across international teams.
  • Strong data management skills and awareness of documentation importance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and support complex projects related to employment law changes.
  • Act as case manager for all employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters, including Family Leave, Sick Leave, and Time Tracking.
  • Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and complex legal interpretations.
  • Collaborate with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and update global internal documentation regarding Time & Attendance regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development.
  • Maintain employee data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with established protocols.
