Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT
  • Expert level experience with iOS and macOS Apple devices
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise Plus
  • Experience with Atlassian products including Confluence and Jira
  • Experience with security applications such as Iru, Cisco Umbrella, Cortex Cloud, VPN, and Okta SSO
  • Experience with technology rollouts
  • Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and PII preferred
  • Microsoft Windows device knowledge preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate IT systems
  • Perform Tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting of hardware and software issues within a remote environment
  • Manage applications within the organization
  • Patch laptops to ensure compliance and performance using Iru MDM
  • Use Jira ticketing system to provide staff support
  • Ensure data security through enforcement of MFA and SSO
  • Support audio/video issues via Zoom
  • Maintain inventory stock
