Requirements
- Active National Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) certification.
- At least 1 year of peer recovery experience.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating support groups.
- Familiarity with addiction recovery and harm reduction philosophy.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part II confidentiality standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable treating both adults and adolescents.
- Strong case management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred experience in customer service settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide group-based intervention and case management for members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
- Co-facilitate multidisciplinary groups and shared follow-up appointments.
- Facilitate psychoeducational, skills-development, cognitive-behavioral, and support-based groups.
- Manage crisis interventions remotely via telehealth platforms.
- Prepare clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and state standards.
- Manage member communication across chat, email, and phone channels.
- Provide individualized resources and handle referrals and discharges.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and audits.
