Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting.
- At least 1 year of recent Treasury experience.
- Experience at a company with $250M–$350M in annual revenue, ideally private equity-backed and within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management practices, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to work 8am – 5pm Eastern or Central Time.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (preferred).
- Experience with NetSuite, treasury management systems, and banking platforms (preferred).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Treasury team members.
- Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity management across 30+ bank accounts.
- Lead short- and long-term cash forecasting processes.
- Manage relationships with banking partners and treasury product evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and banking regulations.
- Drive treasury transformation initiatives using AI and automation.
- Support strategic corporate initiatives including financing, acquisitions, and integrations.
