Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Global Shared Services, with 2-4 years preferred.
  • At least 2 years of Global HR Shared Service experience, with a focus on IT Helpdesk.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Absence Management, Zoho IT Helpdesk, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
  • Experience with HRMS tools such as Peoplesoft, Workday, or SAP.
  • Proven experience handling real-time chat bot support.
  • Strong English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, including night shifts.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Support Level 1 IT/HR helpdesk functions and act as a Subject Matter Expert for daily operations.
  • Manage employee records via the proprietary platform, including onboarding, status changes, and terminations.
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Coordinate with internal Centers of Excellence and external service providers.
  • Assist with payroll data preparation and perform data audits to ensure accurate payments.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Audit electronic personnel files and support company policy reviews.
