Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- 4-6 years of global shared services experience covering APAC, EMEA, and US regions.
- At least 2 years of global HR shared service experience with a focus on IT helpdesk.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Experience with Zoho Absence Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNow for IT ticket triaging.
- Experience with HRMS tools such as PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, or Zoho.
- Experience handling real-time chat bots.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage and meet expected SLAs and KPIs.
- Must be available to work Wednesday - Sunday, specifically night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support Level 1 IT/HR helpdesk operations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for daily tasks.
- Input, update, and maintain employee records and personal data within the proprietary platform.
- Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals.
- Communicate effectively with professionals, customers, and partners via email, phone, and other channels.
- Coordinate with internal centers of excellence (IT, Finance, Payroll) and external stakeholders (LSPs, LPPs).
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing data on absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Audit data changes to ensure accurate and timely professional payments.
- Maintain electronic personnel files and assist in HR process improvements.
