Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • 4-6 years of global shared services experience covering APAC, EMEA, and US regions.
  • At least 2 years of global HR shared service experience with a focus on IT helpdesk.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Experience with Zoho Absence Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNow for IT ticket triaging.
  • Experience with HRMS tools such as PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, or Zoho.
  • Experience handling real-time chat bots.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage and meet expected SLAs and KPIs.
  • Must be available to work Wednesday - Sunday, specifically night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support Level 1 IT/HR helpdesk operations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for daily tasks.
  • Input, update, and maintain employee records and personal data within the proprietary platform.
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with professionals, customers, and partners via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Coordinate with internal centers of excellence (IT, Finance, Payroll) and external stakeholders (LSPs, LPPs).
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing data on absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  • Audit data changes to ensure accurate and timely professional payments.
  • Maintain electronic personnel files and assist in HR process improvements.
