Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking customers using Booking.com’s platform via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
