Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking customers using Booking.com’s platform via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
