Requirements

  • Proficiency in web development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Hands-on experience with workflow integration tools such as Zapier and n8n
  • Knowledge of revenue operations and lead attribution modeling
  • Ability to architect and manage robust marketing data infrastructure
  • Familiarity with tracking frameworks including server-side tracking, GTM, and CAPI
  • Experience building and deploying AI agents for marketing automation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to own infrastructure end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end revenue infrastructure for lead capture, enrichment, routing, and attribution from first pageview to closed-won
  • Own the marketing data infrastructure connecting campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline impact
  • Implement robust tracking frameworks (server-side tracking, GTM, CAPI) and build dashboards that keep data accurate and actionable
  • Develop high-performing landing pages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Build and manage complex workflows and cross-platform integrations using Zapier and n8n
  • Build marketing agents and automations for repetitive, time-sensitive workflows: content drafting, social engagement, lead follow-up, sentiment monitoring, and campaign reporting
  • Architect publishing systems integrating CMS, data sources, and distribution channels, automating content from creation to distribution
  • Run disciplined experiments across workflows and distribution strategies, then codify what works into repeatable templates and playbooks
