Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- 2+ years of experience on Voice over IP (VoIP) applications.
- 2+ years of experience with UI Testing, Backend Testing, Automated Testing, and Test Driven Development (TDD) strategies.
- 1+ years of experience coding using JAVA, Javascript, HTML5, CouchDB, and Erlang.
- 2+ years of experience with software QA tools and processes.
- Strong systems engineering and software development background.
- Detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and research-oriented mindset.
- Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum development style (preferred).
- Knowledge of server-side programming languages (preferred).
- Knowledge of VoIP platforms and their features (preferred).
- Linux system administration experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Test current products and identify deficiencies.
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
- Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction.
- Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Oversee continuous improvement projects.
- Collect quality data and identify key KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
