Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in business development or partnership management within the digital health, payer, or health system sectors
  • Proven success exceeding quotas and closing $1M+ enterprise deals by aggressively hunting and closing net-new logos
  • A player-coach mentality with experience building and executing sales playbooks
  • Subject matter expertise in digital health enterprise solutions, preferably with metabolic health, pharmacotherapy interventions for weight health
  • Executive presence with the ability to captivate C-level audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ to engage stakeholders and represent RVO Health at key industry events

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through strategic partnerships with benefits brokers & consultants
  • Architect and lead a full-cycle enterprise sales strategy – from initial prospecting and pipeline building to complex deal negotiations– with a focus on jumbo accounts
  • Think like a CFO, developing and presenting the business case and ROI story for our offerings
  • Establish and maintain reporting on pipeline status, execution, and sales performance metrics using the best emerging AI tools
  • Cultivate and influence executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Leverage existing industry contacts and relationships to establish an early base of interest while soliciting product feedback
  • Build and leverage clinical and product cross functional teams throughout the sales process
  • Exploit market opportunities, looking around corners to identify emerging industry trends
