Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in business development or partnership management within the digital health, payer, or health system sectors
- Proven success exceeding quotas and closing $1M+ enterprise deals by aggressively hunting and closing net-new logos
- A player-coach mentality with experience building and executing sales playbooks
- Subject matter expertise in digital health enterprise solutions, preferably with metabolic health, pharmacotherapy interventions for weight health
- Executive presence with the ability to captivate C-level audiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Willingness to travel 50%+ to engage stakeholders and represent RVO Health at key industry events
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through strategic partnerships with benefits brokers & consultants
- Architect and lead a full-cycle enterprise sales strategy – from initial prospecting and pipeline building to complex deal negotiations– with a focus on jumbo accounts
- Think like a CFO, developing and presenting the business case and ROI story for our offerings
- Establish and maintain reporting on pipeline status, execution, and sales performance metrics using the best emerging AI tools
- Cultivate and influence executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
- Leverage existing industry contacts and relationships to establish an early base of interest while soliciting product feedback
- Build and leverage clinical and product cross functional teams throughout the sales process
- Exploit market opportunities, looking around corners to identify emerging industry trends
