Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years in healthcare, medtech, or enterprise software sales
  • Proven success in strategic sales roles within acute care, hospital systems, or health IT/digital health environments
  • Strong experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions involving clinical and IT decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage large pipelines, consistently meet quotas, and close high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare technology ecosystems
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR integration
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently across a large territory while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned U.S. territory

Responsibilities

  • Own lead generation, prospecting, pipeline development, and deal closure to achieve and exceed zone revenue targets
  • Build and execute territory sales strategies, including account segmentation, targeting, and prioritization
  • Maintain and manage a strong sales forecast and ensure accurate reporting of pipeline health and performance metrics
  • Develop and expand relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including CIOs, CMOs, CNOs, IT leaders, and clinical decision-makers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption
  • Support account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing healthcare systems
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Ensure strong post-sale engagement to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value realization
