Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Proven ability to sell into consumer-facing industries such as retail, media, travel, fitness, entertainment, or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in personally driving revenue growth through direct ownership of complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and comfort in fast-paced, scaling environments.
  • Deep commercial acumen, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal structuring expertise.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and an active or established professional network within relevant industries.
  • Passion for both selling and building, with a willingness to operate as a hands-on contributor and leader.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and outbound engagement through negotiation and contract closure.
  • Personally source, develop, and close high-value strategic deals with enterprise customers across target industries.
  • Build and manage a strong, proactive pipeline with a consistent focus on revenue generation and deal quality.
  • Represent the organization in executive-level conversations, industry events, conferences, and strategic customer meetings globally.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on priority deals, strategic accounts, and high-impact commercial opportunities.
  • Coach and support the sales team on deal strategy, forecasting accuracy, and execution discipline.
  • Contribute to building a scalable global sales organization with strong pipeline generation and accountability frameworks.
  • Align closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless enterprise deal execution and expansion opportunities.
