Requirements
- Sales Development experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, and cold outbound sales skills.
- Ability to create reports, interpret data, identify trends, and make performance-based decisions.
- Proven high-quality coaching and leadership principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude toward seeking and implementing feedback.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments including Sales, Product, Leadership, and Marketing.
- Healthcare and/or startup experience is considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Interview, train, and onboard new team members for immediate impact.
- Review calls, emails, accounts, and opportunities to identify improvement areas.
- Track key funnel metrics to proactively identify and correct gaps.
- Create coaching plans providing real-time feedback and documented focus areas.
- Hold representatives accountable for driving results.
- Communicate strategy and performance insights across Sales, Product, Leadership, and Marketing teams.
