Requirements
- B.S. or similar technical degree, with a strong preference for Computer Science, IT, or Information Services.
- 5-9 years of working experience in a customer-facing role.
- Previous experience in sales or a pre-sales environment is highly preferred.
- Experience at a SaaS company, or familiarity with Drupal and cloud architectures.
- Passion for the web and open-source development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to C-level executives.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as a team player.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep knowledge of Acquia’s products, solutions, and value propositions.
- Gather customer business needs to tailor the right solution with Acquia products to help the customer succeed.
- Create solution proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
- Research, scope, and estimate Drupal solutions for enterprise-grade applications.
- Combat competitive threats in accounts and educate potential customers on Acquia’s key values and benefits.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to delivery by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution design.
- Lead or participate in customer-facing meetings and maintain excellent relationships with partners and prospects.
- Engage with the product team to drive customer requests and influence the product roadmap.
