Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-growth scale-up environment, preferably within B2B Fintech or SaaS industries.
- Deep understanding of SEO for the generative era, including AEO and LLM search discovery.
- Ability to navigate a codebase, understand indexing nuances, and collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Proficiency in technical SEO implementation, specifically Schema.org deployments and site speed optimization.
- Strong technical skills including Python and SQL, with familiarity in modern web frameworks.
- Experience building and maintaining automated systems for technical audits and content gap analysis.
- Experience using LLM API integrations and RAG-based monitoring tools.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams.
- Ability to prioritize high-intent pipeline and revenue over vanity traffic metrics.
- English language proficiency is required for all applications.
Responsibilities
- Optimize site architecture and digital footprint to maximize citations within Google AI, Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
- Lead the experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, CRO) on high-intent landing pages in collaboration with the Website team.
- Define content clusters that perform in both traditional search and LLM training sets.
- Partner with Engineering to implement technical SEO solutions, including Schema.org deployments, site speed optimizations, and programmatic SEO builds.
- Develop and maintain automated systems using Python and LLM APIs (Claude/GPT) for technical audits and competitive intelligence.
- Guide cross-functional teams to shift from volume-based content production to high-intent, entity-based strategies.
