Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production-grade systems with user-facing APIs.
- Demonstrated impact on scalability and reliability.
- Solid full-stack foundation with strength in backend API design (TypeScript, GraphQL, REST).
- Modern frontend development experience (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
- Deep expertise in designing and operating scalable, distributed systems.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures, message queues, eventual consistency, and race condition handling.
- Strong database fundamentals, including PostgreSQL or SQL Server schema design, migrations, indexing, and query optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for distilling complex technical concepts.
- Production mindset with experience in metrics, logging, tracing, and on-call participation.
