Requirements

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Interest in commercial operations, go-to-market functions, and business process improvement.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.
- Experience working closely with sales, account management, or broader commercial organizations.
- Experience in high-growth or scaling environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and GTM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.io.
Responsibilities
- Standardize commercial processes across deal management, sales lifecycle management, renewals, reporting, and KPI visibility.
- Establish trusted, scalable systems of record and improve data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
- Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows that help commercial teams work more efficiently.
- Help define the long-term vision for how AI supports sales, account management, marketing, finance, and analytics.
- Build strong partnerships across the commercial organization to define a gold-standard operating model.
- Support the evolution of platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and ServiceNow.
