Requirements

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of an organization.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Interest in commercial operations, go-to-market functions, and business process improvement.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience working closely with sales, account management, or broader commercial organizations.
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM and GTM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.io.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize commercial processes across deal management, sales lifecycle management, renewals, reporting, and KPI visibility.
  • Establish trusted, scalable systems of record and improve data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.
  • Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows that help commercial teams work more efficiently.
  • Help define the long-term vision for how AI supports sales, account management, marketing, finance, and analytics.
  • Build strong partnerships across the commercial organization to define a gold-standard operating model.
  • Support the evolution of platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and ServiceNow.
