Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KY, MD, NC, NM, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI.
- Home-office environment with reliable internet, USB headset, router, modem, webcam, and compatible computer.
- Ability to provide an ergonomically sound, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
- Must pass credit, criminal, and employment reference security checks.
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment (preferred).
- Experience with a ticketing system like Zendesk, Talkdesk, or Salesforce (preferred).
- Previous remote work experience (preferred).
- Experience in the bridal, formalwear, or wedding industry (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and a can-do attitude.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, SMS, email, and social media.
- Answer questions regarding product information, order placement, delivery status, returns, and policies.
- Provide website navigation and troubleshooting assistance for customer accounts.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
- Share insights on emerging customer trends and recommend process improvements.
- Attend training and participate in cross-training opportunities.
- Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, average handle time, quality, and productivity.
