Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated comfort with budget management, financial tracking, and billing reconciliation.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and budget tracking.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending optimizations.
- General understanding of the digital marketplace and digital channels.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including two days per week in-office for those residing within an hour of an office location.
Responsibilities
- Support the Integrated Planning team on day-to-day tasks including campaign research, strategy, tactical recommendations, and partner relationships.
- Maintain key planning documents including flowcharts, budget trackers, billing reconciliation documents, and media authorization forms.
- Ensure budgets are tracked accurately and financial/operational documentation is maintained with precision.
- Oversee media plan execution across linear, direct, programmatic, social, and search ecosystems.
- Support project management across accounts, ensuring team deliverables, timelines, and approvals stay on track.
- Leverage planning tools to conduct audience and competitive research to support optimization recommendations.
