Requirements
- Experience in publications in an agency setting.
- Working knowledge of ICMJE and GPP guidelines.
- Experience with publication databases such as iEnvision or PubsHub.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks based on priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Independent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development.
- Strong client service orientation with professional presence.
- Ability to manage upward and communicate effectively with managers.
- High energy and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- BA or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as day-to-day client contact for publication work streams by providing status updates, responding to queries, and sharing recommendations.
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines, project scope, and deliverables.
- Implement realistic project plans and clearly communicate briefs to internal team members.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of account processes, including running internal meetings and ensuring team actions are complete.
- Maintain accountability for medium/large client projects to ensure delivery to high standards, within budget, and on schedule.
- Identify areas for program growth and contribute ideas for new business pitches.
- Support the account lead with financial management and reporting.
