Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships.
- Direct experience working within the nonprofit software sector.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
- Ability to diagnose partner performance issues and course-correct quickly.
- Strong sales, marketing, and account management skills.
- Capacity to build and lead a partner ecosystem as a senior individual contributor.
- Exceptional ability to design and implement enablement and activation playbooks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with Sales, Marketing, and CX teams.
- Deep accountability and a results-oriented approach to leadership.
- Genuine mission alignment with the nonprofit sector.
Responsibilities
- Own the partner-sourced revenue target and set the strategy to achieve it.
- Audit, optimize, and scale the existing partner program structure and tiers.
- Attract and close partnerships with consultants, integrators, associations, and technology allies.
- Execute activation motions to ensure signed partners generate leads and revenue.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Drive cross-functional enablement across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Track and report on partner pipeline, activation rates, and revenue contribution.
