Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment.
  • Experience recruiting across Go-to-Market functions, with deep expertise in Sales and Customer roles preferred.
  • Comfort adopting and experimenting with AI tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, and automation.
  • Experience operating within a lean recruiting team and owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Experience working in an ATS; familiarity with Ashby is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder-facing presence with clear communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
  • Team-oriented, self-directed, and motivated by impact and results.
  • Passion for creating a positive, inclusive candidate and hiring team experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role needs, align on candidate profiles, and apply market insights.
  • Build sourcing strategies by leveraging inbound, outbound, referrals, and creative approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through timely communication and a candidate-first experience.
  • Manage job postings, pipelines, and candidate data in the ATS with strong attention to detail.
  • Own interview coordination, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
  • Use AI as a core part of your recruiting workflow to source talent, personalize outreach, and accelerate execution.
  • Own ATS hygiene and recruiting tooling, leveraging automation to ensure accurate data and scalable workflows.
  • Track and analyze recruiting data to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
