Requirements
- 10-15 years of product management experience, ideally in consulting or cross-functional in-house teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading, teaching, and mentoring product teams.
- Familiarity with AI in modern product development and evaluating model outputs.
- Experience building consumer-facing native mobile and web applications.
- Proven ability to lead clients to creative, impactful solutions and articulate tradeoffs.
- Strong strategic planning skills and ability to manage project delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and product strategists.
- Champion AI-augmented product development practices across the team.
- Support growth team in new client pursuits by contributing to pitches and scoping.
- Define and uphold standards for product strategy, execution, and client experience.
- Partner with engineering and design to integrate AI capabilities into products and processes.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the product practice.
- Serve as an individual contributor (PM, strategist, or consultant) as needed.
- Actively participate in recruiting and team building.
