Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a product manager at a high-growth technology company, building consumer products at significant scale.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers, with a track record of growing high-performing PM teams.
  • Exceptional ability to generate, test, and refine hypotheses using a blend of data, user insights, and market trends.
  • Strong analytical orientation with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in self-serve analytics using tools like SQL and Amplitude.
  • Proven ability to transform strategic ideas into actionable roadmaps, rapid prototypes, and iterative, feedback-driven product improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence without authority across functions and levels.
  • Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear goals and development plans for direct reports; conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Consumer Product team, aligned to company strategy and growth objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities—including new insurance products such as Indexed Universal Life and Whole Life—and develop go-to-market strategies to capture them.
  • Own the end-to-end consumer experience, from top-of-funnel acquisition through purchase and onboarding.
  • Champion a culture of rapid experimentation: define hypotheses, design tests, and use results to drive product decisions with rigor and speed.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and results clearly to executive leadership and the broader organization.
