Requirements
- Significant Product Management experience leading strategy across multiple teams, product areas, or complex technical workflows.
- Experience directly managing Product Managers, including coaching, performance management, and hiring.
- Strong technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud platforms, observability, telemetry, data pipelines, or high-scale databases.
- Proven ability to identify where AI can create meaningful customer value in technical products.
- Strong customer empathy and strategic judgment in translating complex problems into product roadmaps.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and communication skills with Engineering, Design, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.
- BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product vision and strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion as a core platform capability for Grafana Cloud.
- Partner closely with senior R&D leaders to align product and technical strategy across teams.
- Use customer research, product analytics, competitive insight, and business context to identify the highest-impact problems.
- Define how AI should influence domain workflows, cost control, and data quality.
- Build strong relationships with technical buyers and observability practitioners.
- Coach and develop a team of Product Managers on strategic thinking, product judgment, and stakeholder management.
- Create a high-accountability environment where teams understand the impact of their work.
