Requirements
- 4+ years (minimum) or 6+ years (preferred) in a field/channel partner marketing role.
- Experience marketing to, with, and through channel partners including distributors, resellers, and MSPs.
- Experience operating within a global organization and working across time zones and cultures.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) to clone and update programs.
- Experienced using project management software to track activities and dependencies (Monday.com used).
- Experience managing a marketing budget for partner initiatives.
- Strong financial and analytical judgment.
- Ability to analyze dashboards and data in Salesforce to drive business conversations.
- Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools.
- High level of organization, multi-tasking abilities, and results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional marketing events such as conferences and field events with sales teams and channel partners.
- Implement regional channel partner and demand generation marketing programs to drive incremental revenue.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing campaigns and ensure they are trained to offer BlueCat products.
- Manage marketing budgets for all field and channel activities within the assigned region.
- Develop and manage localized marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Analyze marketing program performance and provide actionable reports to regional stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics, shipping, and lead capture during on-site events.
- Lead strategic marketing planning sessions and QBRs with channel partners.
