Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or a commercial-focused role (e.g., Sales).
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business within the B2B SaaS & Food Tech industry.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Expert relationship building and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscriptions, and expansion paths (upsell, cross-sell).
  • High autonomy and accountability in managing a portfolio independently.
  • Understanding of APIs and integrations.
  • Ability to leverage data to read product usage and identify churn signals.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (ideally HubSpot or Salesforce) for pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting.
  • Demonstrable project management skills and experience using project tracker tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of contract renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive expansion paths to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and strengthen deep, long-term partnerships with a portfolio of accounts.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and design tailored engagement strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact, gathering customer requirements and pain points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Finance teams to address customer needs.
  • Take ownership of strategic customer projects and showcase new platform features.
  • Manage and resolve mid-level escalations independently.
  • Segment and prioritize customers to ensure consistent account health and revenue growth.
