- 5+ years of account management, commercial, or enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record in SaaS, enterprise technology, or complex B2B environments.
- Experience owning and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, including renewals.
- Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder commercial environments involving executives and procurement.
- Comfortable owning account strategy and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build a compelling business case and lead renewal discussions.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to cultivate rapport.
- Self-directed with an ability to operate with autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal alignment and executive-level presentations.
- Interest in the energy transition and willingness to learn complex domain knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Drive expansion by identifying, scoping, and closing new use cases and additional modules.
- Manage the full renewal process for a portfolio of subscription accounts.
- Set the strategic direction for each account, ensuring alignment between internal engineering teams and customer needs.
- Build and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders including executives and procurement.
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews to reinforce value delivered and surface emerging challenges.
- Act as the voice of the customer inside the company, surfacing strategic needs and risks.
