Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing SaaS products, web application projects, and software delivery teams
- Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing developers and stakeholders
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, front-end/back-end systems, and software development lifecycles
- Proficiency with GitHub, Scrum/Agile frameworks, and Figma
- Experience with Slack and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Familiarity with marketing automation and AI productivity tools
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Translate business requirements into development tasks
- Coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders through sprint planning and retrospectives
- Track project milestones, bugs, and delivery schedules
- Create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns and manage content calendars
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and sales KPIs
- Manage CRM records and support outbound prospecting
- Support customer onboarding, adoption, and retention efforts
