Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in outsourcing, managed services, or enterprise consulting environments.
- Proven success in business development, deal shaping, and closing large, complex service engagements.
- Strong understanding of vendor governance, third-party risk, procurement, and enterprise operating models.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong consulting and advisory skills with the ability to translate complex client needs into structured solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Based in Australia with willingness to travel up to ~30% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and progressing enterprise governance opportunities across Australian markets.
- Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling governance, TPRM, procurement, and vendor management services.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships across procurement, IT, legal, risk, compliance, finance, and business operations stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development and support end-to-end pursuit activities for complex engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through governance, risk, supplier, and operating model challenges.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful engagement execution, client satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
- Participate in governance forums, executive meetings, and account planning sessions to strengthen alignment and identify growth opportunities.
