Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in Solutions Engineering.
- Demonstrable success in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Application GRC.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
- Understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical presentations showcasing enterprise identity solutions.
- Perform technical discovery and needs assessments to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Execute and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) for prospective customers.
- Mentor and coach junior Solutions Engineers on strategy and presentation execution.
- Provide field feedback on competitive intelligence to product management and marketing teams.
- Contribute to marketing materials including white papers, solution briefs, and webinars.
