Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Solutions Engineering.
  • Demonstrable success in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Application GRC.
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
  • Understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations showcasing enterprise identity solutions.
  • Perform technical discovery and needs assessments to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Execute and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) for prospective customers.
  • Mentor and coach junior Solutions Engineers on strategy and presentation execution.
  • Provide field feedback on competitive intelligence to product management and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to marketing materials including white papers, solution briefs, and webinars.
