Requirements
- Experience building real production systems on top of LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI), including context management, tool use, and prompt reliability.
- Hands-on experience with the B2B marketing stack, specifically Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
- Ability to architect, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automation systems without engineering support.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to wire together APIs, marketing tools, and workflows into production-ready software.
- Systems thinking ability to treat tools like products, including implementing monitoring, iteration loops, and fallback logic.
- Strong stakeholder judgment to manage cross-functional requirements across marketing, RevOps, and sales teams.
- Must have shipped projects using LLM APIs beyond side projects.
- Ability to operate in a self-directed, fast-moving environment without requiring excessive structure.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI agents that replace high-volume manual marketing workflows like lead routing, contract handling, follow-up sequences, and campaign execution.
- Rebuild marketing operations infrastructure with predictive lead scoring, lifecycle management, and agent-forward workflows.
- Wire together the marketing stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Clay, ZoomInfo, and data warehouse) to ensure data accuracy and flow.
- Build personalization and testing tools to improve campaign performance at scale.
- Own deployed systems, including monitoring, fallback logic, instrumentation, and iteration based on performance results.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, RevOps, and sales to identify high-leverage problems and convert them into working software.
