Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales and/or Account Management experience.
  • Proven track record in tactical sales management.
  • Ability to train others in listening, presenting, and closing sales.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales training frameworks (e.g., Sandler).
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to Media Intelligence or professional services environments is an asset.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory and training content design is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and deployment of training programs, sales messaging, processes, and best practices.
  • Manage an ongoing cadence of communication to keep sales teams informed on product features and updates.
  • Develop and deliver foundational and continuous learning programs, including on-demand and instructor-led training.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop promotional and enablement materials.
  • Track and report enablement program metrics to executive stakeholders.
  • Provide front-line product demo support to sales staff as needed.
  • Maintain competitive battlecards focused on database, social listening, and media monitoring solutions.
