Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS Sales and/or Account Management experience.
- Proven track record in tactical sales management.
- Ability to train others in listening, presenting, and closing sales.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with sales training frameworks (e.g., Sandler).
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to Media Intelligence or professional services environments is an asset.
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and training content design is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and deployment of training programs, sales messaging, processes, and best practices.
- Manage an ongoing cadence of communication to keep sales teams informed on product features and updates.
- Develop and deliver foundational and continuous learning programs, including on-demand and instructor-led training.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop promotional and enablement materials.
- Track and report enablement program metrics to executive stakeholders.
- Provide front-line product demo support to sales staff as needed.
- Maintain competitive battlecards focused on database, social listening, and media monitoring solutions.
