Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5+ years in external audit at a Big4 or equivalent firm, ideally with retail/e-commerce clients; OR 1+ year as Senior Auditor plus 2+ years as Sr Accounting Analyst in retail; OR 7+ years of accounting experience in retail with ≥3 years at Senior level.
- IFRS expertise (mandatory).
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
- Advanced spoken/written English.
- Intermediate Spanish.
- SOX/US GAAP knowledge is considered a plus.
- NetSuite ERP experience is highly valued.
- Proactive, dynamic, and autonomous work style.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute journal entries, reconciliations, and account reviews for Revenue and COGS.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for external audits to ensure audit readiness.
- Maintain the accuracy of intercompany balances and agreements.
- Prepare comprehensive reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the optimization and scalability of accounting processes and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to IFRS standards.
