Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
- Hands-on experience with Bill.com or similar AP automation platforms like Tipalti or Airbase.
- Experience administering T&E or expense platforms such as Navan, Concur, or Expensify.
- Experience with a modern cloud ERP like Rillet, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including reconciliations and pivot tables.
- Working knowledge of 1099-NEC/MISC reporting, W-9 collection, and sales/use tax.
- Experience with procure-to-pay or spend management platforms like Zip, Coupa, or Ramp.
- Proven ability to manage high invoice volume with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with various departments and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end invoice processing in Bill.com including intake, GL coding, PO matching, and payment execution.
- Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and maintain the vendor master file.
- Administer the employee expense reimbursement process in Navan and manage the corporate card program.
- Prepare and post AP accrual journal entries and reconcile AP subledgers to the GL.
- Own 1099 preparation and filing, including W-9 and TIN documentation.
- Support the annual financial audit by preparing aging schedules and reconciliations.
